- Salt: 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
- Optional Seasonings:
- Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Onion Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Smoked Paprika: 1 teaspoon
- Cayenne Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon (for heat)
- Ground Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon (for sweet variant)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Rinse the pumpkin seeds in cold water and remove any bits of pumpkin flesh. Pat them dry.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the dried pumpkin seeds with olive oil and salt. Add any optional seasonings you desire and toss well.
- Spread the seasoned seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring once halfway through. The seeds are done when they are golden brown and crispy.
