  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until fully melted and smooth.
  2. While the chocolate is melting, wash and thoroughly dry the fruits.
  3. Once the chocolate is melted, dip each piece of fruit into the chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Dip the pretzel rods or twists into the melted chocolate using a fork for easier handling. Coat them fully and place on parchment paper.
  5. For chocolate-covered nuts, follow the same dipping method as the fruits and pretzels.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate has completely hardened.
