  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the mashed ripe bananas, egg, and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture and mix until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing on low speed until just combined.
