  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of pasta water.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, pepperoni, marinara sauce, and the cheese mixture. Stir until everything is well coated.
  5. Pour the pasta mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top.
