  1. Prepare the Mango Puree: Begin by peeling the mangoes and removing the pit. Cut the flesh into chunks and place them in a blender. Add lime juice and honey to the blender. Blend until smooth, ensuring there are no lumps. Set aside.
  2. Make the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Create the Creamy Layer: Beat the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Layer the Dessert: Spread half of the mango puree over the graham cracker base. Pour the creamy layer over the mango puree and spread it evenly. Top with the remaining mango puree.
  5. Chill the Dessert: Cover the springform pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
