1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 large egg yolk
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar together on medium speed until light and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes).
