  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let flavors meld for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Set aside.
  6. Assemble the quesadillas by layering a tortilla with beef mixture, cheddar and mozzarella cheese, diced tomatoes, chopped lettuce, and pickles. Top with another tortilla.
  7. Repeat for remaining tortillas and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes, slice into wedges, and serve with the homemade sauce.
