A delightful fusion of classic Italian comfort food and bold, spicy flavors. This dish combines tender layers of lasagna noodles, creamy buffalo sauce, succulent chicken, and a medley of cheeses that create a symphony of tastes in every bite.

12 lasagna noodles
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 cup buffalo sauce (preferably homemade or a high-quality brand)
15 oz ricotta cheese
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 large egg
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
Additional buffalo sauce (for drizzling)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay flat on a clean kitchen towel.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Mix until well-coated.
In another bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
Spread ½ cup of the buffalo chicken mixture on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the chicken mixture, followed by half of the ricotta mixture, 1 cup of buffalo chicken mixture, and sprinkle with ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese.
Repeat the layering process: add another layer of 4 noodles, the remaining ricotta mixture, and the remaining buffalo chicken mixture, then top with the final 4 noodles.
Spread the remaining 1 cup of buffalo sauce over the top noodles and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Once done, let it sit for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped green onions and an extra drizzle of buffalo sauce if desired.
