2 cups SunnyD
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust based on taste)
Optional: Fresh orange slices or zest
Optional: Chopped mint leaves
Optional: Mini chocolate chips
Optional: Shredded coconut
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the SunnyD, heavy cream, Greek yogurt, and honey. Whisk until fully incorporated and smooth.
Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each mold about three-quarters full.
If molds have a lid, place it on top and insert the popsicle sticks. If not, wait about 30 minutes before inserting sticks.
Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.
To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds, then gently pull on the sticks.
Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
