2 cups of Marsala wine (sweet or dry)
1 cup of chicken or vegetable broth
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 medium onion, finely chopped
8 ounces of cremini or button mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
Instructions
