  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Dredge each breast in flour.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add more butter, garlic, and onion. Sauté until onion is translucent.
  4. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes until browned and tender.
  5. Pour in Marsala wine, deglazing the skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes until reduced by half.
  6. Stir in broth and let simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with parsley before serving.
