1 tablespoon baking powder (for crispiness)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
Prepare the Chicken Wings: Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
Season the Wings: In a large bowl, combine the baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss until evenly coated.
Marinate the Wings (optional): For enhanced flavor, marinate the seasoned wings in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Prepare the BBQ Sauce: In a medium saucepan, combine ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 350°F).
Grill the Chicken Wings: Place the chicken wings on the grill and grill for about 20-25 minutes, flipping every 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
Glaze the Wings: In the last 5 minutes of grilling, brush the wings with the homemade BBQ sauce.
Serve: Once grilled, remove the wings from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
