This recipe combines the irresistible crunch of chicken wings with a rich, flavorful garlic Parmesan sauce that will have everyone reaching for seconds.
Ingredients
Scale:
2 pounds chicken wings
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and baking powder. Ensure wings are evenly coated.
For oven: Arrange wings on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway. Broil for 2-3 minutes at the end for extra crispiness.
For air fryer: Place wings in a single layer in the basket and cook for 25-30 minutes, shaking halfway through.
While wings are cooking, prepare the sauce by combining melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
Once wings are cooked, toss them in the Garlic Parmesan sauce until fully coated.
Transfer wings to a serving platter and garnish with parsley if desired. Serve hot.
