Ingredients

12 ounces spaghetti
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 pound ground beef
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a large pot or skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and heat for about 1 minute.
Add 1 pound of ground beef to the pot, breaking it apart and cooking until browned, approximately 5-7 minutes.
Stir in 1 teaspoon each of garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook for an additional minute.
Pour in 4 cups of beef broth and 1 can of undrained diced tomatoes. Stir well to combine.
Bring the mixture to a boil and add 12 ounces of spaghetti. Stir to ensure the pasta is submerged. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente.
Lower the heat and slowly stir in 1 cup of heavy cream until the sauce is creamy and smooth.
Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the top, stirring gently to help it melt.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired, serve hot, and enjoy!
