A savory dip that pairs perfectly with pretzels, chips, or vegetables, combining rich flavors of creamy cheese and bold beer.
Ingredients

8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup of your favorite beer (lager or ale)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Soft pretzels, tortilla chips, or fresh veggies for serving
Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine the cream cheese and half of the beer (½ cup). Heat over medium-low heat, stirring frequently until the cream cheese is completely melted and smooth.
Gradually add the shredded cheddar cheese to the saucepan, stirring until it’s fully melted and incorporated.
Once the cheese is melted, add the remaining beer (½ cup) along with the garlic powder, onion powder, and Dijon mustard. Stir well to combine.
Continue to heat the mixture for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
Add salt and pepper to taste, adjusting based on your preference.
Remove from heat and transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with chopped green onions.
Serve warm with soft pretzels, tortilla chips, or fresh veggies.
