- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
- 1 lb cooked sausage (breakfast sausage or Italian sausage, crumbled)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook the sausage until browned, about 8-10 minutes. Drain excess grease.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add the cooked sausage, shredded cheese, and the undrained can of Rotel tomatoes. Mix well.
- Heat the mixture in the microwave on high for 1 minute, stir, then heat for another 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted and the dip is hot.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and enjoy warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
