These dessert bars capture the essence of traditional s'mores but come together without the need for a campfire, making them perfect for gatherings, family nights, or simply satisfying your sweet tooth at home.
Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup granulated sugar
Optional: A pinch of salt
1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup mini marshmallows
½ cup heavy cream
Optional: Dark chocolate chips
1 cup mini marshmallows (for topping)
Chocolate shavings or drizzled melted chocolate (optional)
Optional: Crushed graham crackers
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well-coated.
Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and press the crumb mixture down to create an even layer. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Let cool slightly.
In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it simmers. Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the cooled crust and sprinkle the mini marshmallows over the top.
Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the marshmallows are p■ and lightly golden brown.
Allow to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for an hour to set.
Lift the bars from the baking dish using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
